Vânia Cristina de Oliveira is a Production Engineer and Management Analyst with more than 10 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, production control, performance indicators, and project-oriented operations. She has a specialization in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil.
Her experience showed that project-based businesses often manage schedules, clients, costs, payments, and company finances in disconnected tools. She founded Profissa Pro to turn those fragmented activities into one practical management system.
